Source

I picked this up over ten years ago at Compuserve’s old SCIMAT forum (SIG). I don’t recall for certain, but I think a non-scientist puzzler, Bill Magaletta, submitted it. Even if I am right about Bill, I have no recollection what his ultimate source was. If you know, tell.

Can it be formatted so that it is easy to cut and paste? I wanted to print it.

I sent it, but I was able to highlight, cut and paste, directly from this screen.

I love this kind of puzzle! I passed it on to my daughter, who had fun wrestling with it, too. After she solved it, she took it in to her calculus class. “Does anybody want to try a logic puzzle?” Not even a peep of interest from the other students. She was disappointed.
